Warranty + Shipping Protection
Description
Your new bag arrives damaged, or goes missing in transit, or gets stolen from a hostel. Standard shipping coverage won't cut it. This protection plan extends your coverage to 120 days post-purchase, meaning you're covered long after you've started using your gear. It's the safety net that actually pays out when things go wrong.
The plan covers damage that happens during shipping, so cracked zippers and crushed corners are handled without hassle. Loss and theft coverage means if your bag disappears before you even open it, or vanishes mid-trip, you're protected. You won't deal with endless claim forms or waiting periods that stretch into months. Claims process is straightforward: submit photos and proof of purchase, and we handle the rest.
This is an add-on service that applies to any carry-on bag or packing system you order from our collection. The 120-day window gives you ample time to spot manufacturing defects or shipping damage before coverage expires. Coverage maxes out at the full purchase price of your gear, so there's no hidden cap that leaves you short. Unlike our standard lifetime warranty on hardware and construction, this protection specifically shields you from external risks like carrier damage or outright loss.
Consider this: you're traveling for a month and your wheeled carry-on never arrives at your first destination. The airline's liability cap won't cover a quality bag. Or you're checking a larger duffel on a connecting flight and it vanishes somewhere between hubs. Even domestic trips see bags go missing or come out mangled. This plan means you're not out the money while you hunt for replacements mid-journey.
The protection is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the loss, damage, or theft incident. We back this with the same no-nonsense approach we take to our lifetime warranty: if you bought it from us and something went wrong getting it to you or in the first few months of use, we make it right.
